WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR YOU TO START MY WEBSITE?

Here is a check list of what we will need for your convenience.

1. Your logo in a high quality .png file or .jpeg.

2. Your tagline/motto.

3. Your preferred color palette for your site. Providing hex code numbers or links to color choices will expedite the process.

4. The number of pages and the names of your pages you want for your menu bar.

5. Any images, videos or infographics you want displayed on your website. High quality photos only in HD or ultra HD. I can add Wix stock images that are professional grade at no extra charge.

6. All text you want displayed on your website in one word document labeled by its page title for the website. This includes testimonials for your services.

7. Examples of links to websites that fit your particular style. We will do our best to match the style you are looking for.

HOW LONG DOES AN AVERAGE PROJECT TAKE?

Every package is customized and may require different timelines. The basic package can be done in as little as a couple of days if all the media content is provided for us to put together and if the website is a simple one page informational site without any request for modifications. The more pages and content the longer it will take to put together. An average of two weeks is considered timely for us to get back to you with the initial design. We will continue to update you as we update the site. If modifications are requested, this will prolong the process but we want you to be 100% satisfied. Our goal is for your site to be perfect by the time we publish it. Of course, we can always update it after it's published as well if we missed something.

WHAT IF I'M NOT SURE WHAT DESIGN I SHOULD GO FOR?

For your web design, we'll need to know your preferences and ideas. If you have no idea what you want, we can provide some inspiration! We love supporting our clients and producing these high quality web designs for them. We can go from there. Our first meet can be online, a phone call, or in person. Don't be afraid. This is a good product. Plus you will get to show it off to your people! We will too!

WILL MY SITE BE MOBILE FRIENDLY?

Yes! Absolutely! Most people view websites on their hand held devices before they do on desktops. We put your website in the palm of people's hands. We can customize each page of your website to mirror your desktop site in a mobile friendly way. This will make it easy to navigate.

CAN YOU UPDATE OUR WORDPRESS WEBSITE?

The Webmaster Certification is through Wix. We only design sites on this platform. If you are still interested, we will be happy to discuss your project. We can transfer your domain name to the platform we use and build your website if you have purchased a premium plan from www.wix.com. 

WHAT IF I NEED HELP AFTER MY WEBSITE IS LAUNCHED?

Yes, we can help out. All our packages have from support and maintenance services. Different packages have from 30 days - 6 months included. This means you can call us, email us or request changes to your site. The changes can be things such as promoting an event, creating a new page or adding an app. We can even help you manage your site with design sessions.
